From My Own Experience

There was a time when I truly believed I was the problem. I would wake up motivated… but end the day scrolling. One notification turned into thirty minutes. One short video turned into hours. I kept telling myself I’d start “later.” Later became tomorrow. Tomorrow became next week. When I managed to stay consistent for a week, I felt unstoppable then suddenly I’d lose momentum. I’d jump from one task to another, overthink everything, plan perfectly… and execute nothing. Some days I didn’t even have a schedule. I just moved when I “felt like it.” Most days, I didn’t. Deep down, I struggled with limiting beliefs. A quiet voice saying, “Maybe you’re just not built for this.” So I isolated myself. I avoided accountability. I distracted myself so I wouldn’t have to face the truth. But the truth wasn’t that I was lazy. I was overwhelmed. I was inconsistent. And I had no system. I don’t want to live like that anymore. And if you’re reading this, maybe you don’t either. This is my turning point.

What Inspired This Journey

One of my biggest inspirations is Michael Hyatt, author of Your Best Year Ever.

After reading his book, I made a big decision and started my journey to build a system not only for me, but also for others.

I am on a mission to apply what I have learned and build a system that helps people stay consistent and keep moving forward.
